How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Open the booking from My Bookings, tap Manage, and choose Reschedule or Cancel. Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before your slot.
How quickly will a professional arrive?
Most same-day bookings are matched within 60 minutes. You can also schedule a slot up to 14 days ahead. You'll get live tracking once your pro is on the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and your yourappname wallet. Cash on completion is available in select cities.
When will I get my refund?
Eligible refunds are initiated instantly and reflect in 3–5 business days depending on your bank. Wallet refunds are credited immediately.
Are your professionals background-verified?
Yes — every pro completes KYC, police verification and an in-person skill assessment before taking their first job. You'll always see their photo, rating and verification badge before they arrive.
What does the ₹50,000 insurance cover?
Every visit is auto-covered for accidental damage to your property up to ₹50,000, underwritten by ICICI Lombard.
How do I change my address or phone number?
Go to Profile → Account details to update your phone, email or saved addresses. Changes apply to future bookings only.
Can I use one account across multiple cities?
Absolutely. Your account works in all 12 cities we operate in — just switch your location at the top of any page and we'll show pros available near you.
